The Diocese of Gallup has many churches and buildings that were established decades - or even hundreds of years - ago. In many places, just to keep the doors open in winter, it can cost hundreds per month to heat rural churches in winter, just so that the priest can say Mass and administer the sacraments to his people. Many of our older churches need help with preservation, repairs and maintenance, and still others work to add bathrooms or follow ADA compliance. Each dollar you donate to our building fund helps us to bring Christ to our parishioners, day-to-day and year-to-year!
